Adrienne McBride, MS – Exercise Physiology
Adrienne McBride’s background in fitness comes from formal education as well as years of practical experience. She has her Masters in Exercise Science, has trained at the Cooper Institute and obtained numerous certifications in fitness, group fitness and Pilates.
She has been a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer, Group Fitness Director, Program Director, Pilates Trainer, Pilates Director and Corporate Program and Fitness Director. Prior to coming to CA, she was the Corporate Program Director for 29 Sport & Health Clubs in the Washington DC market. She has also served as Vice President of Fitness and Programming for Club One, a large SF based health Club Company.
Adrienne has built programs from the ground up. From equipment selection, studio design and layout, class format, demo format, program marketing, pricing and trainer/instructor compensation.
She has successfully developed full-scale multi-club fitness programs for two large health club companies. She brings consistency, continuity and profitability to the growing Group Fitness Concept.
She is also a recognized speaker with IHRSA and a consultant on group fitness programming, fitness programming, weight loss programming, Natural Food & Beverage implementation and Lifestyle Coaching programming.
